Over the past few months we have held 4 customer User Groups, including our inaugural sessions for Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Thank you to all customers who have attended the sessions over the start of the year, we hope you have found them as valuable and enjoyable as us.

On the 26th March we heard from Natalie Mynott-Gardiner, Risk Systems Coordinator at Barts Health NHS Trust and Helen Gandy, Patient Safety Consultant at Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust on how they have been implementing PSIRF across their organisation and in DCIQ and DatixWeb.

We have received the final version of taxonomy V6 from NHS England, and are currently reviewing and estimating the work needed to input the new taxonomy into both DCIQ and DatixWeb. Once we have estimated the dates for delivery we will share these with you.
In the meantime, if you would like to review the V6 PSIRF questions that will be added in the new taxonomy, you can find them directly on the LFPSE Resource Hub.
Our DCIQ and DatixWeb product ideas portal is a key way for us to hear directly from you about exactly what new features and functions you would like to see in DCIQ and DatixWeb.
In the system you can browse recent, trending, and popular ideas, vote directly on them, and submit your own ideas for consideration by other DCIQ and DatixWeb users.
