Earlier this month, the first of our Risk User Groups of 2024 took place in Manchester and London. Thank you to all customers who attended either session and helped contribute to the conversations around risk management, LFPSE, PSIRF, and patient safety.

Our next Risk User Groups will take place next month in Belfast and Glasgow. We still have places left for our Northern Ireland and Scotland customers, so if you would like to register you can do so below.

Belfast – 21st March: RLDatix | Belfast Risk User Group

Glasgow – 12th March: RLDatix | Glasgow Risk User Group

Our next Risk User Groups in Manchester in London are scheduled for June. You can register for these sessions, or our September and November sessions, here!

Working in collaboration with BMJ, RLDatix are pleased to share a recent report on patient safety incidents. This comprehensive study, engaging top healthcare leaders from 22 countries, identifies workforce and organisational factors as primary causes. With over 90% of respondents valuing the integration of diverse datasets, the report emphasises data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

We recently ran a survey to gather your sentiment on the investment we have made to Account Management over the last 12 months to make sure we are moving in the right direction. We’re happy to say 72% scored Account Management at RLDatix over the last 6 months a 4 or 5 (out of 5).

While there is still work to be done, we’re happy to see that the majority of you are having a positive experience with Account Management. If you have not yet completed the survey, you can do so via this link here

Last year, we changed our release updates process, to make it easier and faster for you to be notified of a DCIQ or DatixWeb release directly.

We have seen more and more customers that have gone live this month with LFPSE, and we are pleased to say over 70 DCIQ and DatixWeb customers have gone live with LFPSE.

“Derbyshire Community Health Service NHS Foundation Trust went live with LFPSE early December 2023 using DatixWeb, we had been preparing for this project for around 12 months.  This preparation and the support provided by RL Datix ensured we had a smooth transition.  There is still work to do and further improvements to be made as LFPSE develops, but we are looking forward to seeing the new waves of learning that can be gathered from LFPSE, and implementing those learnings to better protect patient safety.” - Elaine Griffiths, Quality Assurance Datix Facilitator, Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust

If you are still going live with LFPSE and require any support from us, please reach out directly to your Account Manager, who will be happy to support you.
